If there is one thing none of us can ever replace is time. Time lost is gone forever so we all have to make the best use of our time as we are able.
We all have diffferent priorities and needs etc but sometimes it's good to stop and ask yourself the question"Have I made the best use of my time" or "Did that benefit me?" and then describe your understnading of whatever you think you have just learned to yourself as if you were standing in front of a classroom full of eager students all waiting for an answer. You will be surprised at one or two things that this will do for you.
1) You will soon realise that you haven't understood something properly and need to learn more
or
2) You will realise that unless you implement the learning in some way into your life or your business, then you will have probably just wasted your time.
Harsh, yes but this is something that I've finally learnt.
I get on so many peoples Email lists from signing up 'freebies' ~ new ideas, information & products and before I know it, I'm spending hours just reading more and more emails. And if I'm even not more careful, I end up signing up for still more newsletters because some ebook or whatever has interested me and I end up with even more emails
Arghhhh.... And then I wonder why I'm getting cranky? I know what I want to do but still have to learn the discipiline to implement it without distractions.
So pick your niche, map out your plan and build on it. If the emails you are receiving are simply offering you more and more new products or new found magic ways....unsubscribe. If they aren't forming part of the solution then they are definitely part of a problem.
Hope this helps!
Cheers all,
Jan
