I just came across this interesting Video from Lisa. I suggest it's a few minutes well spent. What she is saying is 100% true. The net has evolved and is evolving....go with the flow but find your own stream :-)

Thanks for sharing the video, it is true the game is changing all the time, and if one does not up their game, they are out. It is very interesting, I learn new thing every day, and the learning process never stops.
